Hotel Julian Alps welcomes dogs and cats. Five of our seven room types are pet-friendly, Triglav National Park starts 1 km from the hotel, and there is plenty of quiet space for morning and evening walks.
Pet policy
- Dogs and cats are welcome; other animals on request.
- Maximum 2 pets per room. Dogs up to 25 kg.
- Fee €25 per night (covers extra cleaning).
- Pets stay in pet-friendly rooms only: Standard, Superior, Deluxe and Premium Double and the Heritage Room. The Family Room and Heritage Suite are pet-free.
- Please tell us about your pet when you book.
- In common areas pets stay on a lead or in a carrier. Pets are not allowed in the sauna.
- Please don't leave pets alone in the room unless they are in a crate, and keep them off the furniture.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage.

Walks near the hotel
Radovna valley & Triglav National Park
The park border is about 1 km from the hotel. Flat, quiet paths along the Radovna river. Dogs on a lead in the national park.
Pokljuka Gorge
An easy 1.8 km loop from Krnica (about 5 minutes by car), through forest and the Pokljuka Hole cave.
Lake Bled
The 6 km path around the lake, about 10 minutes by car. Busy in summer, lovely early in the morning.
Pokljuka plateau
Forest roads and alpine pastures about 20–25 minutes away. In winter, quiet snowy walks.
