This website does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies, and we do not use similar technologies such as tracking pixels or local storage to recognise you. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you simply browse the site. For this reason the website does not show a cookie consent banner.

Your chosen language is part of the page address (for example /sl/ or /de/) and is not stored in a cookie.

3. Forms on this website

The contact form and the service booking form (sauna, e-bike, Vespa) do not store or send any data by themselves. They only prepare an e-mail in your own e-mail program, addressed to info@hoteljulianalps.com, which you send yourself. How we process the data in that e-mail is described in our privacy policy.

4. Third-party services you can open from this website

When you follow a link to another service, that service may set its own cookies, governed by its own cookie and privacy policy:

• Room booking engine (Rentlio) – hoteljulianalps.book.rentl.io, provided by Rentlio d.o.o., Zadar, Croatia. It uses cookies that are necessary for booking and payment (payments are processed by Worldline).
• Google Maps – when you open the map or our Google reviews.
• Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia – when you open our reviews or listings there.
• Instagram and Facebook (Meta) – when you open our profiles or those of our outlets.
• Lake Bled webcam (bled.si) and the other external links in the travel guide.

5. Changes

If we start using analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will only do so with your prior consent, via a consent banner, and we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can view and delete cookies, and block them for all or selected websites, in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking cookies does not affect the use of this website.
